Yes! All our brownies are gluten-free by ingredient. We also offer a vegan and dairy-free option.

Our other flavours can be customised to be vegan or dairy-free, although a minimum order is required.

Unfortunately, no. While we take great care in our baking, our brownies are made in a kitchen that handles wheat, gluten, milk, eggs, nuts, sesame, peanuts, and soy.

We cannot guarantee products are free from trace allergens. We do not recommend our brownies for individuals with Celiac disease or severe allergies. Your safety is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding.

Always! Every batch is made to order to ensure optimal freshness. Our brownies are then carefully chilled for a minimum of 12 hours to achieve the perfect set. 

No — we never use artificial preservatives or additives in any of our baked goods.

For optimal freshness, we recommend storing our brownies in the refrigerator until you're ready to enjoy them. 

Be sure to keep them in an airtight container to maintain their moisture and flavour. And for extra safety, you might want to hide them—they’re just that irresistible!

Storage guidelines:

Brownies will remain fresh for:

• 3 days at room temperature
• 2 weeks in the fridge
• 3 months in the freezer (make sure they are well wrapped before freezing)

Navigate to our orders page, choose your brownies and flavour, select your delivery or pickup option, and follow the checkout prompts.

You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is successful.

Absolutely! Pre-orders are welcome. Just select your preferred delivery or pickup date at checkout.

Check your spam or junk folder first. Make sure your email address was entered correctly at checkout.

If you still haven’t received it, email us and we will help you with this. 

• More than 3 days before your delivery/pickup: yes, with a small fee to cover payment processing costs.
• Less than 3 days before your delivery/pickup: unfortunately, cancellations aren’t possible because we’ve already started preparing your order however please call us as we always want to help.

Contact us within 24 hours with your order number and a photo of the issue.

We’ll review and offer a replacement or refund if appropriate.

Yes! We deliver locally in the Redlands. Delivery availability and fees are displayed at checkout.

We are currently working on delivery to Brisbane CBD and surrounding suburbs.

Yes — we partner with The Creative Collective Brisbane for convenient collection.

You will receive a notification once your order is ready.

The Creative Collective is located at 19 Malt Street Fortitude Valley with FREE council parking for up to 15 minutes.

Orders must be collected within the designated pickup window. We are not responsible for any spoilage or melting after this period.

If it hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll happily update it. Once dispatched, unfortunately we are not responsible for lost parcels, though we may help by offering a replacement at cost for shipping/packaging.

We do suggest that someone is home to collect your order as our brownies can be compromised in the SE Queensland heat. 

You can leave instructions for your order to be delivered to a neighbour or left in a safe place.

Refunds are available for cancellations made more than 72 hours before your delivery/pickup date (minus a small fee).

For faulty or incorrect products, contact us within 24 hours with photos — we’ll review and resolve.
