At My Brownie Box, we want you to absolutely love your brownies. Every batch is handmade with care using organic ingredients, and your satisfaction matters to us.

Because our products are perishable, please take a moment to read how refunds and returns work.

 

CANCELLATIONS

We understand plans can change.
You’re welcome to cancel your order up to 72 hours before your scheduled delivery, shipping, or pickup date.

Orders cancelled within 72 hours of fulfilment cannot be refunded however, as ingredients and preparation begin ahead of time.

 

ISSUES WITH YOUR ORDER

We put our heart and soul into ensuring you get a quality product and enjoy our brownies however if something seems wrong, please contact us straight away so we can help.

We’ll happily review and offer a replacement or refund (depending on the issue) if your order:

  • Arrives damaged
  • Contains the wrong items
  • Has a quality issue that falls outside what’s expected from our handmade products

 To help us resolve things quickly, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and include photos where possible.

 

WHEN REFUNDS ARE NOT AVAILABLE

Because our products are fresh and perishable, we’re unable to offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind after the 72 hour cancellation window
  • Melting or spoilage due to heat, late collection, or improper storage
  • Delays caused by couriers
  • Incorrect order details supplied by the customer

 As all our products are perishable foods we do not offer any returns.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) always apply.
If a major problem occurs with your product, you are entitled to a replacement, or refund as required by law.
